At JA Studios, we believe that exceptional quality takes time. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order specifically for you.

  • Production Window: Please allow 1–3 weeks for production prior to shipping.

  • Quality Assurance: This window ensures your garment is perfected and undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our studio.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your garment has been completed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

We are pleased to offer secure, insured worldwide shipping to ensure your garment arrives in pristine condition.

  • Shipping Rates: Delivery costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
